Since ToolKitz offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once an order is completed and the product is available for download via email or direct download. Due to the nature of digital media, once you have downloaded a product, it cannot be returned. Therefore, all payments made on this website are non-refundable, and any refund requests or disputes will be declined without further communication.
As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on our site. No refunds will be issued if the product or service is downloadable or usable online, and our records indicate that the product or service has been accessed, downloaded, or used through our system.
We stand behind our products and value your satisfaction. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally do not offer refunds. We acknowledge that exceptional circumstances may occur concerning the nature of the product we provide.
Download and Unzipping Issues: If you encounter problems while downloading or unzipping the product, claims regarding such issues must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. If you do not contact us within this period, we will consider the download successful, and you will forfeit the right to any refund or redress for a “download issue.” If you are unable to unzip the product, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to send you the product via email.
